CICP Manufacturing Process

Mixture

Each raw material is accurately weighed and uniformly mixed by an electronic scale based on a predetermined ratio.

Calcination

The mixed ingredients are placed in a pot and fired at high temperatures. Firing temperatures vary from product to product and range from 800°C to 1400°C.At this time, the mixed raw materials undergo a chemical reaction to form a single composite oxide, which simultaneously develops a color.

Grinding

After sintering, the granules are graded to the particle size required by each user using the most suitable milling machine, such as dry or wet milling machines. Particle size is controlled in submicron order.

Color matching

Hue evaluation is performed by creating test specimens with pigments dispersed in various binders, such as paint dispersion, resin molding, and glass baking, according to the customer's application. Color is evaluated from various angles such as primary color, diluted color, and opacity.

Product inspection

Various inspections are performed for quality assurance.

Shipping

After passing the inspection, the products are packed in the designated packing form and shipped to the customer.
